About Me
- Name: F-ftOS
I own a couple of very small restaurants. This blog is intended to share some anecdotes from the journey so far and some hilarious experiences I have had. This is also a story from the "other side". A customer can review us from the outside on various forums. Some of the views are balanced and some not. Some have had genuine bad experiences and some, made up. But a restaurant management side rarely gets a chance to tell their side of the story. This is a let out for such feelings and thoughts too. I shall also try to share some recipes here. These would be practical recipes that one can make in a jiffy or at least on a short notice. So heres wishing me all the best in this endeavour. F-ftOS.

You forgot to mention his VOICE! What a voice!
And he can dance too!!!
He's in Madame Tussaud's now. Well, the wax of him.
Yep his rich baritone....
Well dance was never in my list of things to be looked for in a good actor, so I did not mention it.
And Madame Tussaud, BBC's actor of the millenium... I do not mention those because most Indians give another Indian respect only when the western world has acknowledged the person's greatness. The best proof is that Satyajit Ray got the "Bharat Ratna" the highest civil award in India only after winning the lifetime Oscar award. That is pathetic.
No offence to the westerners but I guess that much bit of self respect one should have with respect to one's nationality.
Anoop, the Aussies have it too, that problem, if it's not accept overseas, then it's not good enough.
I think they coined a phrase for it, 'Cultural Cringe'.
So it's not just India, Guyana, Jamaica...
