So well, yesterday I was feeling miserable. Left office before lunch, went home, slept like a log. In the night I took the mustard oil treatment (read the comments of GG's above mentioned post.) and VOILA, today I feel so much better.

Okay, actually I do believe about the mustard oil treatment. But I don't believe you tried it.

I have been taking this treatment ever since I was a child.
Doesn't it do severe damage to nasal tissues? Or something? That's my fear. That my nose will burn to cinders.

Nope... its luke warm not hot lol.
Well for as long as I can remember. And the uncle who had slipped over from the 3rd floor (he is a doctor himself) had suggested it to my mom instead of giving some prescription when I had cold. First time it really hit me hard, well it hits me hard even now but I am used to it now, but I liked the fact that the next day atleast the cold was gone. :)

Trust me it does not hurt your nose... I am not sure whats the scary thought in that. Okay here is the thing that hits one hard. Eat half a spoon of mustard. And you will feel it hitting you on the head. And your eyes will get all red. Thats all that happens with mustard oil in the nostrils.
